As indicated in our previously posted message, ESA is continuing to work with the owners of the park in order to ensure that the hazards we have previously documented are repaired. We had provided the owners with a date of February 16, 2010 to commit to a repair plan. Although there has been discussion on how to move forward, to date we have not been advised that a licensed electrical contractor has been retained by the owners to begin this repair work. As such, we unfortunately have no choice but to issue a formal Order to the owners, thereby advising them that if the repair work does not commence in a timely manner, the power will be disconnected on March 23, 2010. This Order was formally served to the owners on Monday, February 22, 2010. In addition, copies of the same communication were provided to all residents of the park. If at any time between now and March 23, 2010 we see that the owners have formally initiated efforts to correct the hazards that exist, we will postpone the disconnection of power. Our focus is on the overall electrical safety of the tenants in the park.
